This policy explains what LabMon collects and why. We keep it minimal.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, company) when you register interest or are given a login, and the business data you enter — customers, products, tabs, and invoices. If you register interest on the landing page we store your name, company, and email so we can contact you about getting started.

How we use it

Only to provide and operate the service: authenticating you, running your tabs and invoices, and responding to your enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We don't share your data with third parties except where needed to run the service (e.g. hosting) or where required by law.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and remove it on request once it is no longer needed for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
