LabMon is invoicing and tab-keeping software for photographic labs. By using it you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the service

You may use LabMon to run tabs, issue invoices, and manage your customers and catalog for your own business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Your data

Your business data is yours. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Availability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LabMon is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
